Why It’s Booming:
According to the most recent U.S. Census information, Cape Coral was the fourth fastest growing U.S. city with a population of more than 100,000. By 2012, average personal income of its residents is expected to grow by 6.9% annually.

Remember the 3 or 4 bedroom home you wanted with swimming pool for under $300,000, well now you can find one to suite your needs.
Outdoor Activites going on: This weekend we have the Ft. Myers Art Festival down by the River , tonight is Bike Night in Cape Coral, (have you ever seen 5,000 motorcylces lined up on one street ?); Sunday you can watch the Super Bowl outside on your lanai with the tropical breezes blowing.
Since first starting in Real Estate over 28 years ago in Philadelphia Vicki has been involved in many facets of the business including Sales, Property Management, Condominium/Association management, Housing for Senior Citizens and New home Sales.
The eventual relocation from South Jersey to Florida with her four children gave yet another dimension to her varied Real Estate background. Having lived on the east Coast of Florida for 12 years in the Ft. Lauderdale region she came to quickly appreciate the waterfront lifestyle. The move to Cape Coral was the best move yet.
Cape Coral in particular proved to be very challenging between learning about home building here on “scattered lots” vs.. communities or neighborhoods to distinguishing between city water/sewer vs. well/septic and salt water vs.. fresh water lots, it can be overwhelming for even the seasoned Agent. Having served this area now for almost 8 years and with the help of my new GPS system I thing I “got it”. I can maneuver around the city without running into canals or trying to determine which 9th (St., Ln., Ave., etc.) I am supposed to be on!
I love to help people. It gives me pleasure finding the right house for Buyers and the right Buyers for Sellers. I am a determined, dependable and I do return phone calls. So please contact me and let me help you in your Quest, whatever your Real Estate needs are.
