The eventual relocation from South Jersey to Florida with her four children gave yet another dimension to her varied Real Estate background. Cape Coral in particular proved to be very challenging between learning about home building here on “scattered lots” vs.. communities or neighborhoods to distinguishing between city water/sewer vs. well/septic and salt water vs.. fresh water lots, it can be overwhelming for even the seasoned Agent. Having served this area now for almost 8 years and with the help of my new GPS system I think I “got it”. I can maneuver around the city without running into canals or trying to determine which 9th (St., Ln., Ave., etc.) I am supposed to be on!
